All of the material here used to be part of the navigational structure of the blog, which used the elevator button motif left over from an earlier conceptualization of the project.
Since the format change in the summer of 2009 and the corresponding theme reboot in the summer of 2010 most of this material has become dated and not especially relevant.
That said, it still retains some residual value, and so it is indexed here for the curious.
